 Me,
about 25 years ago, at Miette Hotsprings Pool, in Jasper National Park,
just before the pool closed for the season. |

I started taking pictures with a very
simple, totally manual, 35mm camera at age 20.. That kind of camera is
probably the best type to learn with, but difficult to find now. I started
playing with my first compute when I bought a Radio Shack MC-10. It had
4ooo bytes of memory, of which 1800 bytes were available for 'Basic
Language' programming. I first published a photo website on the net in
1999 about "My Canadian Rockies" featuring hikes and backpack trips and
digital scans of 35mm photos I had taken. I bought my first digital
camera, 1.2 mega pixels, in 2000. I had to increase my online
storage because there was so much more to show and talk about.
Now I just like to share my photos with family and
friends.
Hope you enjoy browsing. After moving to the Sunshine Coast, I decided
to delete the old content and start over. A couple of photos survive here. |
